If you get something from me and it’s just not doing it for you, no worries at all.
Just reach out within 7 days and I’ll make it right.

Whether you need a refund, a fix, or an exchange, I want you walking away 100% happy.
Refunds
If you request a refund within the 7-day window, here’s what happens:
- You email me at hello@designerofcontent.com
- I take a quick look at your order
- If everything checks out, I’ll process your refund right back to your original payment method
Refund timing varies depending on your bank, but most go through within a few business days.
Exchanges
Need something swapped instead of refunded? Totally fine!
You can request an exchange if:
- Something arrived incorrectly
- Something isn’t working for you
- You’d prefer a different version of what you purchased
Just email hello@designerofcontent.com within 7 days and I’ll help you get the right thing in place.
Digital Products
Because most of what I create is digital, there’s nothing you need to mail back.
All I ask is that you tell me what went wrong, so I can improve for the future — not to grill you, just to genuinely make my stuff better.
Gifts
If you received one of my products as a gift and need help (refund, exchange, whatever!), just reach out.
I can offer a store credit or work with the original buyer — whatever’s easiest for you.
When Refunds Aren’t Available
There are just a couple of situations where I can’t offer refunds:
- Requests made after the 7-day satisfaction window
- Products that were heavily customized and delivered exactly as requested
- Digital items that were downloaded/used extensively and fall outside the 7-day window
Other than that, I’m extremely flexible — the goal is fairness, always.
